Our role was to provide as much flexibility as possible in uncertain times. We had to persuade the initially resistant local authority and English Heritage that our proposed outline masterplan approach was appropriate.
We led the consultant team for the application. The role involved the preparation and overall co-ordination of the ES, the Planning & Retail Statement and close liaison with the scheme architect (FOA) on the Parameter Plans, Design Principles Documents and the Design & Access Statement.
