Eamonn Keogh, Richard Phillips, Erik Watson, Craig Watson, and Nigel Wakefield all join as Directors, with Andrea Walton, Anna-Marie Snow and Euan Kellie joining as Associate Directors.
With over 20 years’ experience in planning and development in local government, consultancy and development, Eamonn Keogh’s credentials include major residential schemes and commercial and leisure schemes, including appearance at Planning Inquiries and EIPs.
Richard Phillips’ extensive background in town planning for both the public and private sector covers such areas as managing mixed use urban development schemes, residential, retail and other commercial development.
Previously having worked for the likes of Barton Wilmore, SOM and the City of Vancouver, Erik Watson’s major projects include sustainable new communities, business / research parks, urban regeneration and urban regeneration schemes.
Craig Watson, a qualified architect, town planner and urban designer, joins Turley Associates as Director of Urban Design. His major focus is masterplanning, from initial concept and strategy, through to outline planning application and providing expert witness at inquiry.
Previously Head of Urban Regeneration and Design for Atkins, Nigel Wakefield has 17 years’ experience in the public and private sector. His credentials include large scale urban design and masterplanning projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East and China.
Andrea Walton joins the Birmingham team from Rapleys, London. Specialising in mixed use retail and roadside developments, Andrea has also worked with the public sector as well as high-profile residential and commercial developments.
Based in the London office, Anna-Marie Snow brings with her over six years experience in planning with a focus on mixed-use development, commercial and leisure schemes, housing development and general planning and advice.
Euan Kellie who joins Turley Associates from Drivers Jonas brings significant experience and expertise across the planning spectrum. Euan is heavily involved in environmental impact work, particularly in respect of the preparation and co-ordination of environmental assessments and sustainability appraisals.
