Turley Associates have been appointed to SEEDA’s new property consultancy panel as part of the Planning and Development team. They will help SEEDA and its partners deliver regeneration and development projects across the South East over the next four years.

The Panel consists of four sub-lots, comprising advisors on:

• Valuation, Compulsory Purchase and Rating
• Development Management and Consultancy
• Agency
• Planning and Development

The panel is the first of a series of consultant framework panels which SEEDA is intending to appoint over the coming year to help deliver the Agency's objectives as laid out in the Regional Economic Strategy.

Other consultant panels being tendered include those for Engineering, Economic Appraisal, Masterplanning and Architecture and Project and Costs Management.

The panels are available for use by SEEDA's Partners across the region including local authorities and other government agencies, subject to terms and conditions.
