Status: Core Strategy EiP report recommends site as potential key component in spatial strategy.
Size: 3,150 dwellings, 30,000 sqm employment floorspace and 3,050
retail, within a 176ha site (acres) the average density is 50 dpha within
the residential area

We are involved in the creation of a new, distinctive, sustainable urban extension for Aylesbury. The residential led masterplan provides for a series of varied places, spaces, streets and activity nodes all embraced by a strong landscape setting. We developed the masterplan in collaboration with Adams Architecture and produced the Design and Access Statement.
