Turley Associates strengthens London and Manchester teams

Planning and urban design consultancy Turley Associates has strengthened its London and Manchester planning teams with six new appointments.

Turley Associates' London team, which acts on complex and high value developments across the capital, expands with five new members of the team.

The new appointments are:
- Nicholas Jenkins, Associate Director
- Paul Crisp, Associate Director, Heritage
- Oliver Jefferson, Senior Planner
- James Harris, Assistant Planner
- Nicholas Milner, Assistant Planner

Senior Planner Justin Cove joined the Manchester team on 3 January from BNP Paribas.

Will Lingard, Director at Turley Associates said: "I am delighted to see our teams being strengthened and give a warm welcome to our new colleagues. Turley Associates is helping to bring forward some significant sites in central London and we are investing in our team accordingly - the expanded team will be a considerable asset in our delivery to clients."

Nicholas Jenkins joined Turley Associates on 15 December from Savills. He acts for a wide variety of retailers and leisure operators.

Oliver Jefferson joined on 3 January from the London Borough of Islington, where he was its Principal Planning Officer. He brings a strong knowledge of London and national planning policy issues.

James Harris joined on 3 January from Wandsworth Council, where he was a Town Planning Officer with a particular focus on development control.

Paul Crisp joined on 5 December from Montagu Evans and brings considerable heritage expertise. He has acted on a number of high profile schemes including the British Museum and New Covent Garden Market.

Nicholas Milner joins the London team on 30 January from Peel Holdings Ltd, where he was an Assistant Development Planner responsible for its varied sites throughout the North West.

Justin Cove joined the Manchester office on 3 January from BNP Paribas where he was a Senior Planner. He has acted on a number of high profile projects including Cutacre in Bolton, the University of Bolton and the University of Central Lancashire.
