Our ownership is held in trust for the benefit of all our employees under the terms of an Employee Benefit Trust.
The ownership of the company is held within the EBT which was established in 1996 and has controlled 100% of the shares of the Company since 2001. The EBT is administered by a group of Trustees predominantly from within the Company. The EBT is chaired by Frances Patterson QC, the employee trustees are Julia Frost and Mark Worcester, and the board trustees are Gary Forster and Michael Lowndes.
