Team Secretary, Birmingham

Turley Associates, Birmingham office has an opportunity for an experienced Team Secretary. The role involves providing an efficient and reliable support service to the Office Administrator and planning teams including:

  • reception duties and servicing meetings
  • record keeping
  • invoice process management
  • document preparation and production
  • event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
  • broad range of general administration duties.

You will have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment.

You should demonstrate an ability to work proactively and in teams; strong communication skills and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks. A good working knowledge of MS Office packages is essential.
